In this program, we’ll focus on all the important foundations: potty training, crate training, handling skills, play and socialization, leash walking, recall, manners, and obedience basics (sit, down, stay, place). You’ll walk away with a puppy who listens, understands the rules, and fits smoothly into your home life—even if you don’t have endless hours to train every day. Puppy Foundations Program: • Age: 8 weeks – 1 year • Duration: 60 minutes • Location: At your residence • Format: Private lessons tailored to your puppy and household Skills Covered: • Potty training and crate basics • Healthy play and early socialization • Gentle handling skills (grooming, vet prep) • Leash walking foundations • Recall (coming when called) • Focus games to build attention • Everyday manners (no jumping, polite greetings) • Obedience basics – sit, down, stay, and place Goal: Build a strong foundation of confidence, trust, and obedience skills so your puppy grows into a polite and well-adjusted companion.
